As a taster, we are pleased to offer the following:

Health checks:

1) Business Health check: Possibly you’re starting point on the road to realising the benefits of ITIL. This in-depth health check will review your business and its IT operation and provide you with a comprehensive assessment and a variety of recommendations for you to consider.

2)   Supplier Health check: If you have support contracts in place, this health check will review your current contracts or service level agreements and give a clear indication if they are fit for you business as well as reporting back on your supplier’s performance where possible.

A full business healthcheck is supplied free of charge to companies with up to 20 PC's / users and 5 main applications (from £250 for other size companies). Supplier healthcheck can be provided with prices commencing from £250.

Consultancy:

1) Bespoke Consultancy: You may choose to tackle you biggest risk area or have clear views on the first steps you want to make. By using our consultancy services we will develop a clear terms of reference and provide a clear pricing model to take the headache out of your vision. All seeding work is carried out free of charge with not commitment from yourselves.

2) Training Consultancy: With a multitude of accredited training providers existing in the market place, goitil would be happy to direct you to a training provider within your area.

3) Tool Development: Using standard Microsoft applications, the basic processes of logging service desk incidents, tracking your problems and keeping an eye on changes can be easily incorporated into your business. Once you have deployed these tools, you can then decide if the investment in a fully functional service management tool is required.

Bespoke consultancy can be provided with rates starting at £175 per day.

Timeslice Consultancy:

Still under development with goitil, the possibility of sharing a full time Service Delivery Manager with other small businesses to oversee your day to day IT Services may appeal to you.
