The team at Goitil are all employed in full time Service Management roles and therefore the majority of our work is undertaken during the evenings or at weekends. Where a specific piece of work needs to be done for a period during the day time we use our normal holiday allowance to ensure we do not conflict with our main employment. This open approach has ensured that we undertake this work with the agreement of our employers.
