1) Bespoke Consultancy: If you have commissioned one of our health checks, we hope you would have read it with interest. Alternatively you may already have knowledge of ITIL and are trying to find the most effective way to implement a small section of it. Either way, goitil is please to work with you for any bespoke requests or ongoing developments resulting from our health checks. Contact us with a brief overview of your requirement and we will tailor a solution (and find the right consultant) to meet your requirements. At the start of the project we will agree a Terms of Reference and deliverables then agree the number of day’s consultancy that will be required. This set up phase is all part of our pre-work and provided free of charge with no obligation on your part.

Prices for consultants start at £175 per day for our junior consultants and £250 per day for our senior consultants. We will advise you on the level of consultant required for your request within the Terms of Reference. All written work undertaken by junior consultants will be reviewed by a senior consultant prior to its release. Likewise if the project is more interactive, your junior consultant will be paired with a senior consultant as a point of reference.

2) Training Consultancy: Training for the formal ITIL qualification’s must be delivered by an approved training provider and goitil is unable to provide this service.

3) Tool Development: At the last check, the cheapest I was able to find an out of the box service management tool was approx £4,500 for just the application. When costing out the full project we did not have much change from £20,000! But for a small company, ITIL does not have to be expensive. We have experience of managing the incident, problem and change processes using standalone databases and have access to the resources to develop these using standard Microsoft desktop tools.
