Whilst based on fictitious companies and scenarios, the case study section will allow us to illustrated typical situations encountered by small businesses. 

Each case study illustrates the IT services and how they are currently managed.

Following this, a cut down version of the health check is provided and recommendations following the ITIL framework are proposed.
