Service Catalogue Management

In simple terms, a service catalogue is a list of applications or services that your end users have access to. But by creating a service catalogue wisely, you are also able to present additional information such as service hours and support routes. It is common to have both an internal and a customer facing service catalogue presenting the information that is of best use to the recipient.
